I want to help you identify your current issues and address how past traumas and experiences may affect you moving forward.

I believe in collaborative and goal-oriented therapy to identify unhealthy patterns and develop strategies to overcome them. By utilizing evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy (CCT), and motivational interviewing, I tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs and goals.
