Cost of Services

Booking an Appointment

Taking that leap to seek help can be the most daunting AND most courageous thing you do!  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding different types of services offered or the costs associated with your care.

Prices you pay out of pocket do vary depending if you are using insurance, your plan's coverage and deductible, or if you are self-pay.

INSURANCE: The prices below reflect what is billed to your insurance company. When we are in-network, you will receive a discount for using an in-network provider (the discount will vary depending on your insurance company) and the amount you pay will be applied towards your deductible and/or out-of-pocket maximum (if applicable).

1 hour session: $205

45 minute session:  $160

Check with your insurance company to see details on your coverage, deductible, copay, co-insurance, or any other questions about your plan.

SELF-PAY: We have a self-pay option for those who don’t have insurance or would prefer to pay with cash or debit/credit card. Prices are reflective of a discount for same-day payments and reduced administrative costs on our end. If you have insurance, but are choosing to be self-pay the amount you pay will NOT be applied towards your deductible/out-of-pocket maximum and we will be unable to provide you with a superbill. Prices are below:

Intake session:  $120 or $160 for a couple/family

Follow ups:  $100 or $120 for a couple/family

INTERNS: Your costs can be reduced by choosing to visit with an intern.  Interns are students wrapping up their Master's degree programs and completing the required 300 hours of direct client contact for the State of Nebraska - in order to be licensed practitioners.  They are closely supervised by an Independent Mental Health Practitioner.

Interns prices are below:

            Intake Session: $25

Follow up Sessions: $25 or Slide Amount, if applicable

We also have a special sliding scale for clients meeting with Interns. Prices ($0-15) will vary based on your income and number of people in the household.

We are in network with most major insurance companies, including Medicaid, but if you'd like to check please call your insurance company or contact us to find out.
